Ryan Koelling, DPT
I’ve always been fascinated by how the body moves and heals. Growing up, I played sports and saw firsthand how injuries could set people back—not just physically, but mentally too. That sparked my passion for maintaining strength, mobility, and overall well-being. I studied Exercise Physiology during undergrad, where I dove deep into how the body functions and recovers. After college, I worked as a physical therapy aide, learning how to safely progress patients through recovery. From there, I became a personal trainer, specializing in helping people post-surgery transition from rehab back to everyday life. These experiences all shaped my approach to physical therapy—focused on safe, effective, and long-term recovery.
As a PT, I take a problem-solving approach to treatment. Every person’s situation is unique, and I work closely with my patients to create a plan that fits their needs and goals. My priority is to help people regain strength and confidence while ensuring their recovery is both safe and efficient. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and helping them get back to doing what they love. Whether it’s returning to sports, playing with grandkids, or simply moving without pain, my goal is to make that possible.
